Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations across multiple industries. This role requires deep functional expertise, client-facing confidence, and the ability to take complete ownership of implementations from discovery to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment
• Conduct business process analysis and map requirements to Odoo modules
• Deliver confident user demos and training sessions (remote and on-site)
• Support clients during system rollout, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and data migration
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and implementation reports
• Travel nationwide as required for client engagements
