Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Functional (Business) Analysis: Analyze, map, and optimize business processes of (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR) and conduct gap analysis between standard Odoo and client requirements.
• Technical Customization: Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript, including custom models, views, and workflows.
• Implementation & Deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and data migration.
• Integration & Reporting: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications (payment gateways, APIs) and create custom reports and dashboards.
• System Support & Training: Debug system issues, manage version upgrades, and provide user training and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
