About The Role
As an OE IT Lead , you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the IT landscape of a dedicated Operating Entity (OE). You will act as a strategic partner to the OE onboarding manager and Business OE lead, collaborating closely with Allianz Technology delivery teams and external vendors. You will lead the full delivery lifecycle—from onboarding and fit‑gap analysis to build, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare—ensuring the OE’s needs are met while aligning with our global IT architecture and standards. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a global transformation program, influencing how our systems and processes evolve across Allianz.
