What you will be doing:

• Facilitate leadership development and culture transformation interventions for senior and middle management
• Design and customise Organisational Development (OD) interventions aligned to business needs
• Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and leadership engagements to drive behavioural and cultural change
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and management teams
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment of expectations, timelines, and outcomes
