Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 10 years Sales Management experience within the Automotive Industry of which 5 years is at OEM level
• Bachelor's degree in Business | Marketing or related required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite 
• Strong Leadership | Negotiation and Analytical skills
• Proven experience with National Sales Strategy | Leading Regional Managers and Dealer Performance | Sales Forecasting and Pricing | Driving Dealer Profitability and Market Share | Cross-department Coordination
• Valid Driver's License required

Salary Structure:
