OEM Support Monitor - Korean Speaking

This role is required to support our client's compliance contract by providing support and guidance to client's Korea-based OEM Partners in meeting the requirements of the Jumpstart marketing programme; and by ensuring that Partner advertising is assessed for compliance against the Jumpstart programme rules and guidelines, according to high standards of accuracy and turnaround times in line with client SLAs.

Key areas of responsibility

Client facing

Act as Nielsen’s first point of contact for Korean OEM Partners participating in the programme, providing Korean language support as required.

Provide telephone, videoconferencing and e-mail support to OEM Partners based in Korea in line with OEM Support SLAs.

Answer queries and give accurate advice to Partners on implementation of programme requirements.

Deliver Partner training online, assisting with production of training materials where necessary.
