Oenologist

We are seeking a full-time Junior Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are passionate about wine and looking to kickstart their career in the field of oenology. No prior experience is required for this role.

• Assisting senior oenologists in grape harvesting, crushing, fermentation, and aging processes
• Conducting routine analysis on wine samples, including pH levels, sugar content, and alcohol levels
• Maintaining accurate records of all analysis results
• Assisting with blending and fining processes
• Participating in sensory evaluations and providing feedback on wine quality
• Ensuring all equipment and facilities are clean and well‑maintained
