OEX Master

The Role

The OEX Master is responsible for executing projects that drive improvements in OEE and GCC, while fostering a culture of operational excellence by enabling and coaching plant personnel in the use of relevant tools and methodologies.

What you’ll do

• Identify OEE/GCC improvement opportunities using data analytics, benchmarking against local, regional, and global best performance
• Build and integrate a project roadmap focused on OEE and GCC improvements using Lean methodology
• Identify Kaizen opportunities based on performance gaps and Gemba Walk observations
• Develop new initiatives to achieve annual business objectives
• Execute projects aligned with the roadmap using the appropriate methodologies
• Lead workshops for key improvement opportunities, involving cross-functional teams
