The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Probate Attorney to join a growing legal team in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in an Of Counsel capacity. This part-time position is expected to require approximately 1015 hours per week and is ideal for a seasoned attorney who is passionate about probate and estate administration, values client service, and seeks flexibility while maintaining a sophisticated legal practice. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and representation in probate, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, and related estate matters. This role offers significant flexibility while allowing the attorney to remain actively engaged in meaningful legal work and client advocacy.
