Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company and ensuring efficient office management. This role plays a critical part in supporting finance, documentation control, and coordination with operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and documentation
- Assist in expense monitoring and financial records
- Maintain organized company files and compliance documents
- Provide administrative support to management and operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Knowledge in basic accounting/bookkeeping is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
