Role Description
The Office Administrator supports the mailroom function for our Kitchener National Office. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks that could include office reception for guests, general mailroom duties, and scanning, digitizing, uploading, and proper organizing of various documentation at high volumes.
The Office Administrator is required to be onsite 5 days per week. This is a temporary 12‑month role.
What You Will Do
- Reception
- Office reception for guests, carrier representatives and advisors
- Provide customer service to both clients and advisors via telephone, email, or in person
- Manage centralized email communication and distribution
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as reception and mailroom
