JOB SUMMARY:

Provides support for accounting operations by reconciling billing transactions, collecting revenue, and processing refunds. Serves as a primary point of contact for inquiries, investigates financial discrepancies, and ensures the accuracy of financial data through entry, processing, and auditing of records. Handles incoming calls, responds to public and interagency inquiries, and routes communications appropriately.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:


+ Serves as a resource for students, parents, faculty, and staff on all matters related to student billing. Responsibilities include billing student accounts, processing scholarships and third-party billings, and issuing refunds.
