Office Based VA

Location: Phase 7 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (On-Site, Night Shift)

Salary Range: Up to PKR 100,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage calendars, meetings, and client communications

* Coordinate with international clients across different time zones

* Handle tasks with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

* Proofread, edit, and format content

* Create and manage content calendars for marketing activities

* Support daily administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to take feedback positively
• Comfortable working night shifts in an on-site environment
• Basic computer knowledge
