Office Civil Engineer

• Monitors the project in all stages and provides solution to the problems being encountered by coordinating directly with project engineers, site engineers, site workers and contractors;
• Reviews, plans and monitors progress of land development and site construction;
• Prepares and updates detailed monthly programs to increase accomplishments;
• Develops programs, studies and/or analysis to increase accomplishments and cost efficiency;
• Monitors survey requests and manpower requests;
• Conducts site visitations from time to time and review site concerns;
• Works in accordance with issued variation orders or to recover delays.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With related experience in Project Monitoring or Project Management and with good scholastic standing/excellent academic background
• With excellent communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet.
