Temco Logistics is seeking a proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude CSR with dispatching/routing experience to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. This position is integral to maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction in our final-mile delivery services.
Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with open driving routes daily.
+ Monitoring drivers and their routes.
+ Complete paperwork daily.
+ Answering incoming calls and responding to customer concerns.
+ Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily.
