Job Description
hat you'll be doing
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organisation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and emails
- Assist with the maintenance of office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Provide customer service support to clients and visitors
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in your work
