Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinates patient screenings and follow-ups with Front Desk and Reception.
  • Analyzes and reports survey results.
  • Manages patient flow and escalates issues to supervisors.
  • Handles new patient intake for tests and staff.
  • Prepares clinic facilitates and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Resolves operational issues with the supervisors to prevent delays.
  • Enhances efficiency and patient satisfaction by monitoring and improving procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College undergraduate or graduate, or holder of a vocational or associate degree.
  • Self Starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Quality Focus and Analyzing information
  • Very Good Communication Skills and Documentation Skills.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
