About the role

This is a full-time role as an Office Engineer (Civil Tech) at Grandspan Development Corporation, based in Binangonan Rizal. You will be responsible for providing civil engineering support and technical assistance to the construction projects of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and reviewing construction drawings, plans, and specifications
2. Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
3. Coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
4. Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and schedules
5. Maintaining project documentation and records
6. Providing technical support and advice to the construction team
