Graduate in Civil Engineering or Equivalent 
With 10 years experience as Office Engineer handling but not limited to Cost, Liaison, and Quality Control. 
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and measurement techniques. 
Knowledge in Cost monitoring and Project documentation 
Has good interpersonal & leadership skills
