Responsible for the maintenance and overall condition of the office (including office furniture, fixtures and equipment), compliance with the terms and conditions of the office lease agreement, and the implementation of approved office administrative systems and procedures.
Responsible for implementing the Company’s IT system, including the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software.
Office Management
Organize office operations, policies and procedures, ensuring safe, secure and comfortable use of the office premises towards the achievement of the Company’s business operations and goals.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the office lease agreement; liaise with Lessor.
Implement the Company’s health, safety, security and emergency protocols within the office premises.
Ensure overall maintenance of office facilities and assets.
