Description
 :Prepare financial analyses including NPV cash flows and evaluate client lease options
Gather market data, conduct research, and maintain property databases and stacking plans
Prepare client reports, presentations, and attend meetings and property tours
Produce monthly and quarterly market reports including Supply Files and Market Overviews
Review lease documents, prepare summaries, and assist with transaction documentation
Support team with ad hoc requests such as MapIt, market clocks, and special client needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field
0-2 years' experience in commercial real estate preferred
Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
