Position Description:
Assist the principal in all aspects of running the building front office. Duties include: publications, communications, employee and student record keeping, report cards, managing CA-60 files, pupil accounting, providing service to parents/students/visitors, state mandated reports, reception duties, and the day-to-day tasks commonly found in a fast-paced office setting.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in secretarial, business, or related field desired, but not required.
Experience and knowledge of school law, privacy laws, state-mandated reports, and previous office experience desired, but not required.
Demonstrated proficiency on office computers, Microsoft Professional Office Suite, and other technologies used in a business office environment.
Demonstrated competency in writing, preparing business letters, and mass mailings.
