We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations.

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care.
Office management: logistics, suppliers, and inventory
• Excel tracking and reporting (fuel, expenses, etc.)
• Client communication: email, phone, and front-desk coordination
Speaks fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
• A full-time, all-year position in Marina Santa Eulalia
