Key Responsibilities
Manage Correspondence
Review incoming letters, documents, and communications daily.
Identify urgent matters and escalate them promptly to the relevant leader.
Office Coordination
Keep documents organized and easily accessible, while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain smooth office operations and support administrative processes.
Leadership Support
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for senior management.
