Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Administration Manager to lead and oversee the Group's administrative operations, warehouse and inventory management, facilities, SOP compliance, and safety standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for an accountable leader who takes ownership of outcomes and delivers results in a fast-moving operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily administrative and office operations across the Group.
Supervise and monitor administrative, warehouse, maintenance, and outsourced service teams.
Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including stock control, movements, documentation, and periodic stock takes.
Manage office facilities, company properties, vehicles, equipment, and maintenance arrangements.
