Office Property Associate

Hi there, Jobseeker Loft is looking for a Office Property Associate who will be responsible for ensuring that the coworking space and business center are clean, safe, functional, and ready for daily operations. What You'll Do

• Daily Operations & Maintenance. Oversee the daily inspection, cleanliness, and upkeep of the business center, ensuring supplies are available and minor maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
• Member Staff & Support. Provide timely support by setting up rooms for meetings and events, addressing member and staff requests, and assisting front desk and operations teams during peak hours.
• Vendor & Building Coordination. Coordinate with building admin, vendors, and contractors for repairs and services, ensuring all work orders and requests are properly monitored and documented.
