Job Description
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our office and support daily administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Assist visitors with self-registration via the Visitor Management System (VMS)
Prepare refreshments for visitors and meetings
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of reception, meeting rooms, and pantry areas
Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings
Record and process outgoing mails and departmental postage
Conduct weekly stock-taking and place orders for pantry supplies
Maintain accurate inventory and requisition records
