Job Description
Handling complaints, warranty claims and returned parts according the company and brand's guidelines
Reporting and analysing customer satisfaction, in regards to claims, delivery performance, etc.
Answering queries and giving advice about the products and the installation procedures
Taking care of the proper information flow to the company's management in regards to customers, orders and technical issues
Handling technical documentation and information flow
Taking, processing and checking orders for whole goods and spare parts
Providing feedback or proposals for product development, product improvement and product differentiation
Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
