JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administrative support: Performing general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to basic inquiries from clients and colleagues.
- Logistics support: Attaching addresses to packages and potentially helping to recruit new clients for deliveries.
- Office management: Maintaining office supplies, keeping communal areas presentable, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Customer service: Assisting and providing support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to customer satisfaction.
- Data and document management: Creating documents, preparing materials, and managing databases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Computer literate
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
