Position: Sales Settlement Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and reconcile daily sales reports and transactions
• Monitor and ensure timely settlement of sales data from branches or field teams
• Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, and Operations departments for discrepancies or missing reports
• Prepare and analyze sales summaries, collection reports, and supporting documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales entries in the system
• Generate and submit periodic sales settlement reports to management
• Support process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of Information Technology (IT), Financial Management, Accountancy, or any related course
• With strong analytical and numerical skills
