Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling correspondence, drafting documents, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with reports.
- Maintaining organized, clean, and stocked workspaces, including ordering supplies.
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls; responding to emails; and greeting visitors.
- Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Filing, scanning, and managing both physical and digital documents.
- Operating and maintaining office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Common Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking capabilities, and professionalism.
