Job Description
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone and handling emails
- Assisting with sales quotations
- Assisting with internal sales order process
- Assisting with customer queries
- Assisting with calling customers
- Assisting with procurement
- Liaising with internal company departments
- Assisting at sister company
- Upholding and implementing the International Standards Organisation and Responsible Care principles
Key Requirements: 1 to 2 years experience as a receptionist, in office support, administration, or internal sales. Valid drivers license and own transport required.
Additional Requirements: Good communication skills in English, professional manner, detail orientated, and organised individual that works well in a team environment.
