Job Description

The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone and handling emails
  • Assisting with sales quotations
  • Assisting with internal sales order process
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Assisting with calling customers
  • Assisting with procurement
  • Liaising with internal company departments
  • Assisting at sister company
  • Upholding and implementing the International Standards Organisation and Responsible Care principles

Key Requirements:
1 to 2 years experience as a receptionist, in office support, administration, or internal sales. Valid drivers license and own transport required.

Additional Requirements: Good communication skills in English, professional manner, detail orientated, and organised individual that works well in a team environment.
