**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for effective execution of Agent's Contracting, compensation and benefits operations, and personal data processing
+ Assist in meeting regulatory and compliance needs
+ Assist in implementing administration policies and the formulation of C&B procedures
+ support on Ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management
+ handle general correspondence and agent enquiries

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Tertiary Education
+ Over 2 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
