Job Description

Officer, Airfreight Import Operation Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with overseas agents to arrange shipments and follow up on shipment status
  • Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and progress information
  • Monitor import shipment schedules and arrival status
    - Check and verify import documents
  • Send pre-advice to customers and customs clearance teams
  • Receive documents from airlines and inform customers for collection
  • Prepare customer invoices for billing
    - Maintain proper documentation and filing records
  • Prepare job summaries and close shipment files
  • Handle operational issues and provide solutions for daily operations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports
    - Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
    • Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3–5 years of experience in Air Freight Import or Freight Forwarding operations
