Position Summary
The position is to ensure day to day operation functions in MABKargo, Special Product Handling – Animal Hotel, operations functions are smoothly handled and compliance with the handling requirements / regulations and meeting the customer service agreement.
Key Accountability
Serve customers at the Animal Hotel by performing acceptance, delivery, and warehouse functions in compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures, IATA Live Animals Regulations, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Department (MAQIS), Customs, Wildlife, Convention of International Trade in Endangered species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
Execute daily operational activities for Live Animals Handling, including physical cargo handling, documentation, system data updates, and daily revenue collection.
