Officer Audit

Responsibilities

To support the internal audit function by conducting pre-audit and verification of all the documents generated for carrying goods in and dispatching goods out from the factory. Reviewing and ensuring updating the gate register entries in system on daily basis and submission of daily logs and weekly reports to HOD.

· Monitoring and reviewing daily stock movement to ensure transaction is executed through proper documentation at Factory and conduct pre-audit of:

• Outward Gate Passes on daily basis,


• Inward Gate Passes on daily basis,


• GDNs on daily basis,


• STNs on daily basis,


• GDOs on daily basis.

• Pre-audit of the inward gate passes against purchase orders on daily basis.


• Checking of Daily Sales orders and GDOs related to Factory.
