Officer BL Creation Your Responsibilities

About the role
Leschaco Service Ltd. is
seeking Officer BL Creation to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok.
This position focuses on drafting Bill of Ladings (BL to support our
international logistic teams. You will play a key role in issuing accurate
draft BLs, and communicating with overseas counterparts to ensure
documentation compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Data entry in Microsoft Office Access to issue commercial documents base on access data
  • Invoice, Packing List, Transmittal Letter and other related Banking documents
  • Data entry in “Advanced Business Solution” (ABS) from transport orders to issue bill of lading and document advice and other related transport documents
  • Communicate with counterpart in overseas operations
  • Manage things related to work such as, daily tickets, updating manuals, customer’s status, KPI, et...
