About the Role
The Officer – Business Development Commercial (Davao) operates within a competitive and fast-moving market where customer responsiveness and sector knowledge are key to success. The position bridges business development, solution design, and account management, focusing on the unique logistics requirements of Mindanao clients particularly around speed, freshness, and network reliability.
The role works closely with Operations, Pricing, and Regional Commercial teams to create tailored logistics solutions that address supply chain challenges for Mindanao fruit exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. The Officer is expected to build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, from prospecting to contract closure, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
