About The Role

A leading international organization is seeking an Officer – Business Process Optimization & Operations to support the continuous improvement of business processes, operational efficiency, systems integration, and organizational effectiveness.

This role sits within a global operations environment and contributes to the optimization of core business processes, data quality, governance frameworks, reporting capabilities, and system solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and operational functions to drive process improvements and support change initiatives across the organization.
