The Opportunity

• Liaise with sales personnel and banks on auto loan matters
• Expedite for auto loan approval & uploading of bank approval to vehicle sales system
• Daily batching of doc to banks
• Generate monthly reports
• Registration of vehicles including invoicing
• Assist in COE bidding exercise
• Any other administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and detailed oriented, especially when handling voluminous paperwork.
