Job Summary
Responsible for managing Capex procurement, driving cost optimization, developing vendors, and ensuring timely execution of orders. Supports internal customers and ensures high-quality sourcing aligned with SOPs and organizational standards.
- Drive cost savings through effective, data-driven negotiations.
- Conduct benchmarking, value engineering, and cost modelling for major Capex items.
- Identify and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed within defined SOP timelines.
- Maintain high compliance levels in order processing and project execution.
- Develop new vendors and conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.
- Ensure strong delivery adherence across all purchase orders.
- Maintain regular updates of pending requisition reports and savings tracking.
- Provide timely support to internal customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
