Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities
Minimizing Lead Wastage and facilitating the sale of vehicles:
- Daily management of lead wastage – drawing reports, identifying lead wastage, and liaising with your dealers to revive wasted leads.
- Communicating with customers telephonically, on email and on WhatsApp.
- Managing customer complaints in order to revive deals.
- Finding solutions to meet customer requirements (e.g. Stock).
- Updating lead system with information (e.g. Trade-ins).
- Communicating with dealership management, sale teams and F&Is to revive deals.
- Conducting follow-up through the sales process.
Lead Management functions:
- Taking charge of the lead management for one/ more divisions and building relationships with dealers and divisional management in order to ensure cooperation with regards to managing leads effectively
