Job Description

                    Self-Management Responsibilities  Agree with line manager and define performance goals at the start of the year and ensure that the goals are achieved during the course of the year. 
Identify the training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended. 
Strive to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role. 
Keep professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth. 
Be updated on bank policies and procedures, central bank regulations and recent developments. 
Offer timely resolution and satisfactory customer experience.
