Responsibilities

• Attend to queries raised by remisiers and clients pertaining to trading accounts, CDS and online trading accounts.
• Attend and assist remisiers and clients with queries via phone calls.
• Prepare and verify the daily trail reports for CCD & CDS.
• Perform, supervise, check and verify functions for Credit Control / CDS section.
• Enter data for new account openings, updates and closures for retail, corporate and institutional CDS accounts.
• Handle settlement / receipting duties including settlement of purchase contracts, contra losses, bad debt and trust money.
• Review daily Force-Selling reports and transactions.
• Generate other reports during day-end processing for checking purposes.
• Prepare daily activity log reports.
• Attend to MOS applications and perform all related matters for Paconline.
• Execute any other functions as may be assigned from time to time. <...
