Officer, Equity Settlement

The Officer, Equity Settlement is an entry level position responsible for

providing operations support services for trades reconciliation/settlement and share transfer related process.

The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities transactions.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide operations support for Trade Settlement, Shares Transfer / Scrip Conversion, and Equity Linked Notes settlement.
+ Perform investigation/reconciliation for positions holdings and internal Bank accounts.
+ Timely handling of transactions, meeting and exceeding the Service expectation with internal and external clients.
+ Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to resolve complex problems.
+ Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
