Officer File Creation Your Responsibilities

About the role
 Leschaco Service Ltd. is seeking Officer File Creation to join our team
in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on system data entry to
support our logistics operations. You will play a key role in creating files in
the order management system, managing carrier bookings, and drafting essential
transport documents to ensure every shipment starts with accuracy.

What you'll be doing

  • Update and monitoring the sailing schedule for customers
  • Check and monitor the e-mail and document to customers
  • Create file and data entry in “Leschaco Order Management System” for export and import as per customer request
  • Create carrier booking and monitoring shipment until on board
  • Create CRW (Container Railway Bill) and tracking order
  • Draft the bill of lading, Arrival Notice, Port order, etc
