Officer, Govt. Affairs & Administration
Contact and request the appointed scrap vendor to collect rubbish or waste from the premises.
Liaise with maintenance to repair or replace damaged office equipment, raise job requisitions, and follow up until completion.
Communicate with hotels for reservations, quotations, and cooperation.
Arrange hotel accommodations for employees, visitors, or management as requested.
Prepare employee badges for new hires and replace lost or damaged badges.
Monitor renewal dates for company vehicle insurance, fire insurance, burglary insurance, all‑risk insurance, external warehouse insurance, and public liability insurance.
Liaise with insurance agents and Finance for renewal and payment arrangements.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record updates.
