Officer - HR Centralized Services

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. This role will help ensure HR services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently, while supporting the transition into a centralized HR services model.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, IT, and external implementation partners. This role will also support HR transformation initiatives, including the implementation and ongoing optimization of DarwinBox, with involvement in process design, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
