Officer, Human Capital Management

Responsibilities:

• Support the full spectrum of HR daily operational activities for Singapore and Johor Bahru office;
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding;
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel records, and prepare manpower reports or HR dashboards as required;
• Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and best practices;
• Work closely with the HCM Managers in Singapore and collaborate with the HCM team on cross-border HR matters;
• Participate in HR Initiatives, organisational development efforts, and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience handling a full spectrum of HR function;
• Strong proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
