Job Description

  • Assisting in human resources activities such as manpower planning, performance management, recruitment, interviewing, selecting, orienting and deployment of staff.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities to fill vacant positions and actively monitor career-pathing programs for all relevant parties.
  • Coordinate internal and external training, update and maintain all training reports and records which includes training records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure that the overall Learning & Development activities and events are rolled out at the farm and assist in the facilitation of training materials accordingly.
  • Ensure that all employee records and reports in the HRIS is maintained and up to date with accuracy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the requirements of EPF, SOCSO, IRD, Industrial Laws and other regulatory bodies to prevent any penalty or fines.
